Built tofit howyou work

No two small businesses run the same way, so we don't sell the same thing twice. We start from presets — a website, a few proven automations — and shape a system around your actual process. Agents optional, when you want them.

around you

Six pieces, every one of them running in a business here today. Take what maps to your operation and leave the rest — each one reworked to your rules. If the job you need is not one of these, we will tell you plainly whether we can build it before you pay anything.

Not on the list

Most builds include something that isn't — a deposit ladder, a commission split, a rota that follows a delivery route. Bring the awkward part; it's usually why off-the-shelf didn't work.

02 — The agent layer

Every service
has a specialist
behind it

Every module we build has an agent trained for it — one job, one domain, trained by us rather than prompted into existence. The system runs fine without them. Switch one on and it works inside your data, 24/7, acting only where you allow it.

03 — The specialists

Six agents.
One job each.

We train and keep these ourselves, so they arrive knowing the work rather than learning it on your account. When you onboard, we introduce the ones your build actually needs — by name.

ECHO

ARGO

Smart inventory & supplier outreach

Watches every count against its reorder point, then acts on it — drafts the purchase order, compares supplier prices before committing, and chases the delivery that never arrived.

OBOL

EOS

CHARIS

The one that doesn't exist yet. Describe the job in plain language — however particular to your business — and Charis is built and trained around it, working on your data like the other five.

Your build decides who you meet. A café that never invoices doesn't need Obol; a leasing office almost certainly does. And if the job you want done isn't on this list, that's what Charis is for.

04 — How a build runs

We learn your
process before
we write any

01

Sit in the operation

Days 1–3

A shift with your staff, mapping what actually happens — the notebook, the group chat, the workaround everyone knows about. That map is the spec.

02

Design the front, model the data

Week 1–2

Presets that fit go in; the rest is designed to your map. A booking on the site and one at the counter are the same record.

03

Build and pilot live

Week 2–4

A working build in week two, run alongside your current process on real transactions. What doesn't fit gets changed.

04

Hand over, then stay on

Week 4 onward

Training in two sessions. After launch we keep adapting it — new season, new branch, new rule.

05 — Selected work

Same studio,
three different
systems

Two indoor pickleball courts booked $10,000+ of play in their first two months on a system we built. A café runs its counter offline on another. Same studio, nothing reused twice.

07 — Pricing

Multinational
standard.
Local price.

Built to the standard multinationals pay for, priced for the business down the road. No tiers to decode: ₱29,999 to install, ₱3,750 a month to keep it running and changing — then a per-agent fee only if you put a specialist on live duty.

Installation

One time. Your site and the system underneath it, shaped to how you actually work.

₱29,999 one-time
  • Custom site, built to your brand
  • The presets that fit your operation
  • Reworked to your rules, not ours
  • Custom logic where presets don't fit
  • GCash, card and cash in one ledger
  • Staff and owner training
  • Four-week build, live pilot

Maintenance

Monthly, from launch onward. Cancel anytime — the code and the data are yours.

₱3,750 per month
  • Hosting, domain, backups
  • Security patches and uptime
  • Changes as your rules change
  • New season, new branch, new staff
  • Support on a real phone number

Live agents — priced per specialist

Each agent runs 24/7 inside your system, on top of maintenance. The first costs the most; the desk gets cheaper as it fills.

First specialist Usually Echo or Hora — whichever job eats your evenings. ₱4,999 per month
Second and third Each, once the first has earned its keep. ₱3,750 each / month
Fourth onward They share your data, so each new one costs us less to run. ₱2,999 each / month
The full desk — all six Every specialist live, one line on the invoice. ₱17,999 per month

Installation covers a standard build; unusually large operations or multi-branch rollouts are quoted separately. Agents are month to month and can be switched off. Two-week trial on your first specialist, no build commitment.

08 — Staying compliant

E-invoicing is
coming for
online sellers

Under BIR's current rules, businesses that sell online, use computerized accounting software or are large taxpayers must issue electronic invoices from 31 December 2026. Micro businesses under ₱3 million in yearly sales are exempt for now. We help you get ready, and we work alongside your bookkeeper.

01

Find out if you are covered

We go through how you sell, your yearly sales and the software you use, then give you a plain answer to take to your bookkeeper.

02

Get your records ready

Clean item lists, prices, customer details and discounts, including senior and PWD, so your invoice data is right from the first day.

03

Line up the right tool

We help you compare e-invoicing providers and plan how your DOVA orders and payments feed into the one you pick.

04

Walk through the application

Each business applies for its own Permit to Issue at its BIR district office, then completes BIR's certification. We prepare the checklist and documents with you. You file it.

DOVA is not a BIR-accredited or BIR-certified provider and does not give tax advice. BIR sets the rules and dates and can change them, so confirm them with your bookkeeper or your BIR district office.

09 — Questions

The ones
we always get

Do I have to take the agents?
No. The website and the system are the product and they work fully on their own — installation plus maintenance, nothing else. Specialists are a per-agent add-on you switch on later, if and when the operation is running clean.
How much of it is actually custom?
Typically half. Presets cover the plumbing every business shares — accounts, payments, records, hosting — so budget goes to what's specific to you. If a build turns out 90% preset, we'll say so and quote it lower.
What do the agents cost, and can I start with one?
₱4,999/month for your first specialist, ₱3,750 each for the second and third, ₱2,999 each after that, or ₱17,999 for all six. That sits on top of your maintenance monthly. Almost everyone starts with one — usually Echo on enquiries or Hora on bookings — and adds the next once they stop checking its work.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Counter tools keep working offline and queue locally; the queue syncs and reconciles when the connection returns. Standard on every build, not an upgrade.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The repository and the database are yours, and we'll hand over both on request. The monthly buys hosting, support and changes — not hostage-keeping.
How small is too small?
If you're running one counter and the notebook still works, wait. Where this pays for itself is a second branch, a second shift, or the point where you stop being physically present for every transaction.
